Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) Volunteers For Children

“To give a child a CASA volunteer is to give them a voice.  To give them a voice is to give them hope, and to give them hope is to give them the world.”

Pamela Butler

Purpose:  To provide a CASA volunteer for every abused and neglected child involved in dependency proceedings in Nevada.

Vision:  Nevada CASA Association supports the development, growth, and continuation of CASA programs throughout the state ensuring volunteer court advocacy for abused and neglected children in Nevada.

Mission:  Nevada CASA Association, in partnership with local CASA programs, supports and promotes court appointed volunteer advocacy for abused and neglected children so they can thrive in safe, permanent homes.

The local CASA programs are in Carson City, Clark County, Douglas County, Elko County, Washoe County, and White Pine County. We are working to expand CASA programs throughout Nevada, and if a program is not listed for your county, please contact Nevada CASA Association if you are interested in helping to start one.
